Welcome to Crushworthy! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of crushworthy.com (the “Site”) and any purchases made through it. By accessing or using our Site, you agree to these Terms.

Crushworthy is operated by StarBB Toys LLC, a Washington State limited liability company, doing business as Crushworthy (“Crushworthy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site.

INCORPORATED POLICIES

You acknowledge that the following policies are incorporated into this Terms of Service by reference and are binding:

By accessing or using this website, you manifest your assent to all terms in this document AND the incorporated policies listed above. If you do not agree, do not use this site.

1. Eligibility & Appropriate Use

Our Site is intended for users 16 years of age or older.

Crushworthy contains NSFW (Not Safe For Work), sex-positive, and adult-themed content that may not be appropriate for all audiences. While we do not offer pornographic content, we encourage visitors to use their discretion.

By using this Site, you represent that:

  • You are at least 16 years old

  • You are legally permitted to access the Site where you live

  • You will use the Site lawfully and respectfully

2. Accounts

Creating an account is optional and not required to make a purchase.

If you choose to create an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information

  • Keep your login credentials secure

  • Accept responsibility for activity under your account

Customers may save shipping addresses within their account. Payment methods are not stored by Crushworthy.

If you wish to delete your account, please contact us at bestie@crushworthy.com and we’ll help you out.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payments

Order Acceptance

Placing an order does not mean we’ve accepted it yet. An order is considered accepted only once it has shipped and you receive a shipping confirmation email.

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel or limit orders before shipment

  • Refuse service, provided such refusal is not discriminatory or unlawful

Pricing

  • Prices are subject to change without notice

  • We reserve the right to correct pricing or typographical errors

  • Taxes will be calculated at checkout where applicable

Payments are processed through third-party providers, including Authorize.net and Payment Cloud/Kurv, with support for Google Wallet. We do not store full payment card details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States, with plans to offer international shipping in the future.

  • Shipping times are estimates only

  • Some orders may ship via USPS stamped mail and may not include tracking

  • USPS estimates stamped mail delivery may take up to 6 business days

Once an order is marked delivered, Crushworthy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. That said, if something goes wrong, please contact us — we’re always happy to help when we can.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of the original payment date, subject to the conditions outlined in our Returns & Shipping Policy.

  • Refunds, store credit, and exchanges may be offered depending on the situation

  • Final sale and clearance items are generally non-returnable

  • “As-is” items are accepted for return at our discretion only

  • Return shipping costs are covered by Crushworthy if we request the item back

Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details, as it is incorporated into these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including artwork, illustrations, designs, logos, photos, text, and graphics — is owned by StarBB Toys LLC dba Crushworthy or used with permission.

You may not:

  • Copy or reproduce our artwork or designs

  • Use our content for commercial purposes

  • Modify, distribute, or exploit Site content without written permission

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

7. User Conduct

We want Crushworthy to remain a joyful, affirming space. By using our Site, you agree not to:

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse others

  • Post or promote hate speech or discrimination

  • Misuse NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content

  • Scrape, reproduce, or exploit Site content or data

  • Use the Site for unlawful or harmful purposes

We reserve the right to restrict access or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. NSFW Content Disclaimer

Crushworthy celebrates queerness, joy, and sex-positive expression. Some content includes adult themes that may be considered NSFW (Not Safe For Work).

Viewer discretion is advised. By continuing to use the Site, you acknowledge:

  • You take responsibility for how and where you access it
