Shipping Policy

Processing Time

We move fast, but we are, in fact, human.
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and we ship Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with any available tracking information so you can keep tabs on your incoming joy.


Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

Most of our products ship free within the United States, because honestly, shipping shouldn’t be a barrier to a little happiness.

Some lower-cost items (usually under $10) do have shipping fees. When shipping isn’t free, rates are calculated based on weight at checkout.
Stickers and patches are always excluded from this and always ship free, no matter what.

The best part:
All U.S. orders $35 and up (before taxes, fees, shipping, and discounts) ship free, full stop.


How We Ship Free (A Little Behind-the-Scenes Moment)

To keep U.S. shipping free and accessible, we use the following methods:

  • USPS Ground Advantage for packages

  • USPS First Class Letter mail for flat items like stickers, patches, pasties, and similar small goodies

This approach lets us keep costs low without cutting corners—and without passing those costs on to you.


Stickers & Patches: A Quick Heads-Up

If your order consists only of stickers and/or patches, we’ll ship it as letter mail instead of a package to keep shipping free.

A few things to know:

  • Letter mail tracking, if provided at all, is limited and may not update like package tracking

  • USPS First Class letters can take up to six business days to arrive

  • Larger sticker or patch orders may ship in multiple envelopes, which can arrive on different days

  • If your order doesn’t arrive by the estimated date, it often shows up a business day or two later

Delivery Times & Shipping Estimates

All delivery dates shown at checkout or in tracking emails are estimates, not guarantees. Once your order leaves our hands, delivery timelines are entirely in the carrier’s control.

We promise to ship your order promptly. We cannot, unfortunately, control the postal service.


Lost or Damaged Packages

Shipping hiccups happen, and we know how frustrating that can be.

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please email us at bestie@crushworthy.com. While we aren’t responsible for carrier delays or errors, we will work with you to help find a reasonable solution whenever possible.


International Orders

Ordering for delivery outside the United States? Please use our Etsy shop for now.

Because of taxes, tariffs, and duties, we’re still working on implementing international orders directly on our website. Thank you so much for your patience while we get this set up properly.

Cancellations & Order Changes

Need to make a change? Time is of the essence.

Orders can only be cancelled or edited before they ship. If you need to cancel or update your order, please email us as soon as possible at bestie@crushworthy.com.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled—but we’re always happy to help with returns.


Returns

We want you to love your Crushworthy goodies. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns work:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original sale date

  • Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Return shipping is covered by us for eligible returns

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Holiday Shipping Disclaimer

During busy seasons—especially around major holidays and sales—processing and delivery times may take a little longer than usual due to increased order volume and carrier delays.

If your order is needed by a specific date, we strongly recommend ordering early to avoid disappointment.

We’re currently transitioning from StarBB Toys to Crushworthy. Your order may arrive in packaging that still references StarBB Toys.
